Warranty & Replacement Policy
We provide a 90 day warranty on our products from the purchase date. If the DVD player is defective,
- Contact RJ Technology (RJTech) at support@rjtech.ca with your problem.
- If your problem cannot be solved, please e-mail us (info@multiregiondvdplayers.net).
- Send the entire product, your name, address, and the e-mail response from RJTech to us at the following address. We'll then happily send you a replacement at no cost.
