Shipping & Handling

• Canada: $20 CAD for the first item, $5 CAD for each additional item.
• US: $25 CAD per item, $5 CAD for each additional item.

Tax

• Canadian customers are only charged GST (5%) on their orders.  We'll pay the remaining percentage of PST/HST!
• US customers are not charged any tax. 

Warranty & Replacement Policy

We check all our players by hand before shipping them to reduce the number of defective players.  As well, we provide a 90 day warranty on our products from the purchase date.  If you receive a defective DVD player,

1. First, e-mail us details of the problem at info@multiregiondvdplayers.net
2. If the dvd player needs to be returned, we will provide you with shipping information and send you a replacement unit at no extra cost.
